Was just a a quick service call but the service tech went above and beyond with extra information and service and charged me a fair price just from that one encounter I would recommend them to anyone looking for help also seem like a genuine person person not overly aggressive like a lot of these companies.

Theses guys were attentive, knowledgeable and very affordable. They came by almost immediately when my pilot light went out. They were personable, professional and super quick to get quote and schedule a replacement and install. All happened within a matter of days. Other bigger companies took days to respond and came in double the price. I’d hire bay state again in a heartbeat.

Jay and his team installed a whole home heat pump system with ductless mini splits and a ducted system for the second floor. They were professional, efficient, and completed the entire job in just three days. They handled everything from planning to installation and even assisted with the Mass Save rebates. I highly recommend their services.

Jason and his team made me a PRIORITY on a Friday with little to no notice! At around 3pm I had texted him inquiring if there was ANY way he could meet me before the SUPER cold came in, as the heat in the house was NOT working & we were having a party the following day! Jason came by that NIGHT, even with other people on his list & took a look to see what he could do & even had his team come back SATURDAY for finishing touches and just to make sure I was taken care of. They went ABOVE and beyond with the cleaning; my entire basement had flooded and they sopped it up & even swept the mess they had nothing to do with! 10/10 recommend- Jason seriously cares about what he does & is always up for a great challenge!
